The System menu contains administrative functions to control how users interact with the BackOffice system.
Home brings the user back to the initial welcome screen. Any outstanding Followup Needed Reminders are displayed on the right side of the screen, and any recent system updates can be viewed to the left.
User Manager allows administrators to manage the level of access that each user has to viewing, adding, editing or exporting information and contacts in the database. Only users with Standard or Financial Administrative privileges can use the User Manager.
