Adding Codes after an Import

 

If you forgot to add a code to a list you uploaded into the system, you will need to search the database for the first and last person you uploaded on the list and write down the Rec ID # found at the bottom of the individual screen.

 

To add a code to an uploaded list:

 

  1. Go to Reports > Custom Reports

  2. Run a query for all the records in your upload:

Join

And

Table

General

Field

Record ID #

Relationship

Is equal to or greater than

Value

(First Record ID #)

Subqueryjoin

And

Field

Record ID #

Relationship

Is equal to or greater than

Value

(Last Record ID #)

  1. Click Add to Query.

  2. In the Export Options, select:

Format: Data Updates

Type: Add/Remove Code

  1. Click Submit Query.

  2. In the new screen, you should select the code you wish to add and click Add.
