Empty Drop-Down Menus in the Custom Report Generator
When I use the Custom Report Generator, I have no Tables or Fields. I click on the drop-down box but it’s empty.
This can be caused by foreign language character encoding. To check which language your browser is set, click on Tools in your Internet Explorer browser window. Select Internet Options. Click on the General tab and press the Languages button. It should say English (United States).
I have some drop-down menus (like Tables) but not others!
Notice which drop-down menus have been completed.If you are jumping ahead, you will not see the appropriate drop-down menu until you have selected from the previous drop-down box. In this case, Relationship has nothing in the drop-down menu because nothing has been selected in the Field.
