Overview:

The December Release will go live December 15th. This Sprint represents continued development efforts focused on Agency Advocacy (Regulatory Comments Submission).

This multi-Sprint effort commenced last month in earnest after months of planning.  Again, items related to the Agency Advocacy work will not be released until all interdependent parts have been developed and tested during our Quality Assurance phase.

In addition to these efforts we have picked up a few items requested by our Professional Services Group that include: support for Coalescent Fundraising Event data and correcting how Prefixes are displayed in 360.  Lastly, we have corrected a number of bugs.

Agency Advocacy

  • Regulation Search – Search for Regulations that have been stored locally in 360
  • Comment Delivery – Deliver Advocate comments via Action Center to Regulations.gov
  • Search & Store Regulations from Regulations.Gov website
  • Regulatory Comment Setup Wizard

Coalescent Field Support /Supplemental Event Details - This feature allows clients to load and view supplemental event data based on an import of Coalescent data by Aristotle Technical Services.

The data will appear within a new “blade” called “Supplemental Event Details”.   If enabled data will appear. In the event client does not have service enabled a message will appear instructing users to contact their Account Manager.

Event View (Blade Closed):

Event View (Blade Open with Details):

Requirements: Client must have Coalescent account.

Hide Election Periods Part II – During our last release we provided the ability to hide older election periods in new transaction pages (new receipt, new disbursement) by implementing an expandable drop down using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS only (no third party libraries or frameworks).

The drop down shows all election periods from the previous year up. Any older periods are hidden. Clicking the "show" button expands the drop down to show all periods. There is also a "hide" button that reduces the visible options back to the prior state.

During this Sprint we applied the changes made during the October Release to even more pages:

  • Individual entity page
    • Receipts subsections
    • Disbursements subsections
  • Program page's election period dropdown
  • Webform builder's election period dropdown

Agency Advocacy / Regulatory Comment Submission – The first phase for Agency Advocacy will reflect the ability of your Advocate’s to submit Regulatory Comments at the Federal Level.   We anticipate releasing this functionality at the end of February 2017.  This capability will be expressed within the Action Center with dedicated Administrative Support within Aristotle 360.

The ultimate vision for our Agency Advocacy will provide full support of writing actions to dedicated Agency Entity and Agency Staff records so all activities, including those of your advocates, may be managed.  This will be developed after the initial Comment Submission development work is released in February.

This Sprint we worked on a variety of items related this process that include fetching Regulations, Setting up Regulatory Comment type of alerts, queueing advocate comments, delivery of comments
