Using the Calendar - Events

Calendar

 

To add an event:

 

  1. Click Add Event at the top of the calendar or go to the day you wish to add the event and click Add.

 

  1. The Add Event box will pop up.

    1. The Subject line will be the name of the event.

    2. Owneris the user who is in charge of the event or the user that is responsible for the event. This will default to the user adding the event.

    3. Messageis the details of the event. This is the information that will show up when a user clicks on the hyperlink to see further details.

    4. All Day Eventcheckbox will make this event last all day. You will not be required to enter a time when this box is checked.

    5. Startis if the event is not an All Day Event. Choose the start time and date for your event.

    6. Endis if the event is not an All Day Event. Choose the end time and date for your event.

  2. Click Add when you are finished. Click Close when the event has been added successfully.

 

To Modify an Existing Event:

 

  1. Find the event on your Calendar or Event List.

  2. Click on the event.

  3. Make your changes and click Save.

 

To Delete an Existing Event:

 

  1. Find the event on your Calendar or Event List.

  2. Click on the event.

  3. Click the Delete button at the top of the screen.

  4. Confirm your deletions, click OK.
