Adding a New Public Page
From the management menu, select Public.
To create a new public page, click the buttom Add Public Pages.
On the left side:
Page Name: Name the page you are creating (i.e. MayFest RSVP, Yard Signs Contribution Page, etc)
Page Style: Choose a style of page you are creating.
There are 3 formats in public pages: sign-up forms, contribution forms and e-mail forms. You have 6 types of pages:
· Standard Sign-Up Form
· Short Sign-Up Form
· Standard Sign-Up with Occupation and Employer
· Standard Contribution Form
· Standard E-mail Form
· Standard E-mail + Zip Code Form

ReDirect on Submit: check this box if you would like your vistors to be redirected to a thank you page you have created. If you do not have a custom thank you page, leave this box unchecked.
Re Direct URL: If you do wish to redirect visitors, enter the URL you wish to send them to.
Location:This is the URL for you Public Page. You’ll need this link when you are finished creating your public page.
On the right hand side:
Notification: When a visitor submits information, you can choose who you would like to receive notification that information has been submitted. You must be a user on the system to receive notification.
The next heading is Page Content.
Public Page Text:
Page Label: This is the text you wish to appear at the top of the page. Be sure to click the show box if you want this text to appear.
Top Text: This is the text you wish to appear above the boxes on the page – like a subheading. Be sure to click the show box if you want this text to appear.
Bottom Text: This is the text you wish to appear at the bottom of the page. Be sure to click the show box if you want this text to appear.
This is where you can specify your solicitation message and add pre-set contribution increments to be selected by visitors. For instance, if you wanted 3 tiers of giving, you may create Gold. Silver and Bronze contribution levels. You may also pre-select the category that this contribution will be classified as. So, if you this page is directed specifically for Yard Sign Contributions, you may select the category as yard signs so that the money coming in will be tagged for that.
Contribution Section Level: Title that you give the levels for a pre-set for contribution increment.
Category:The category you wish to give incoming contributions.
This is where you can specify if you would like records imported from this page to have a communication record attached. To do so, simply click the Add Communication button and specify to communication.
This is where you can choose to add codes from your database to appear on your Public Page to collect information from your site’s visitors. To do so, simply click the Add Codes button and specify which codes you would like to add.
When you are finished, click the Save Changes button on the top of the screen. Under the Location URL, you can click on the Copy Link hyperlink and paste the new public page link into a browser window to view your new public page. Now, you may add the link to your website and if you have selected notification, you will be notified when new records come in.
