Communication Detail Report

 

To run a communication detailed report:

  1. Go to Reports àStandard Reports

  2. Select Type: General and Format: Communication Details

  3. The Communication Details box will appear:

  1. Dates– This allows you to select a date range to review.

User – This allows you to select a specific user’s communication records to review.

Communication Type – This allows you to select a type of communication you would like to review, like all Outbound Calls.

Communication – This allows you to select a specific communication to review, like all Outbound Calls: Phone Banking.

Leaving any of these areas blank with pull all the records in that criteria. For example, if you do not select a specific user, all users will be included in the results.

  1. Once you have defined your criteria, click Generate.

  2. In a new window, a report will appear.

  3. If you are reviewing Broadcast E-mails, click on the checkbox to review the status (opened or unopened) of the emails and the status will be shown.
