When you’re choosing your export method, you are choosing how you want to display your data from a query. There are several different types of prepared reports that fulfill almost every need.
This report is used when you are not looking for a paper report but a report that you will be using from your desktop. For instances, if you need to make phone calls to a group of people while sitting at you desk, a Hyperlinks report will give you the list of people and the ability to click on the person to see the record.
This is an option that will generate a box that you can run several reports from without having to resubmit the original query. This is a great method to use when you are first learning the different reports so you can pick several reports.
Type: Communication Tools
Mail merge is an Export Method in Custom Reports. Like any custom report, you will create a query to define whom you want the Merge Letters to be sent. You must also create your Letter Template before running your merge.
When you need to generate labels on Avery 5160 paper, this is the report that you would use.
This report will create a list of names in envelope format.
Broadcast e-mails and broadcast faxes are e-mails and faxes that you can send to the people in your database.

Extended Household Export
This export will show you all the people living in a household on the same line. This report is helpful for telemarketing and polling.
Type: Phone Lists
This report generates a list with name, any phone numbers, salutation and spouse’s name.
This report generates a list with name and phone numbers.
Household Voter Phone List
This report generates a list with name, and phone number, grouped by household.
Voter Phone List
This report generates a list with name and phone numbers and a bar code for scanning.
Type: Other Lists
This report is used when you only need the essential information from your query: name, address, and phone number.
This will generate a condensed list of e-mail addresses ONLY. This is compatible with most e-mail programs so that you need only to cut and paste them into your bcc field to send an e-mail to the persons on your query.
Type: Detailed Lists
This is an intensive report and if your query is large, this report may take up to 15 minutes to run. This report displays all of the information found on the individual’s record.
This report is similar to the above report, condensed so that each individual does not necessarily begin on a new page.
Type: Walk Lists
This report will generate a walk list that puts the even and odd numbered houses on different pages and lists the streets separately.

The report will generate a walk list that separates the streets but not the even and odd numbered houses.
Walk List - Not Splitting Even/Odd or Streets
The report will generate a walk list that does not separate even or odd numbers or streets.
Type: Voter Reports
Precinct Report - This report will let you know how many people in a precinct fall into your query verses the number of people in your precinct overall. This report also includes a weighted count of those numbers for each precinct.
Voter History - This report will tell you the voting history of the people fitting your query requirements in each precinct.
Voter Information - This report will tell you the voter information of the people fitting your query requirements in each precinct.
Codes by Precinct - This report will tell you the number of people fitting your query requirements in each precinct that have been coded.
Type: Data Updates
This report will add a code to anyone in the query that you selected. This can be beneficial if you want to label an entire group of people at once, without going through each record individually.
This report will add a communication to anyone in the query that you selected. For instance, you can track responses to a fundraising letter by adding a unique Communication to each person on the recipient list. Select Add/Remove Communication and add a note to each record that states the date and subject of your letter.
Bulk Walk Entry - This report allows you to enter information collected from a walk. By running this report through custom reports, you can have it match the exact walk that you ran previously. If the walk is a basic precinct walk, you can use the Bulk Walk located under Add/Search.
Bulk Walk Entry - Even Only - This report allows you to enter information collected from a walk but even streets only.
Bulk Walk Entry - Odd Only - This report allows you to enter information collected from a walk but odd streets only.
