Running System Reports

Use following procedure to generate all System Reports: Financial, Administrative, or other
various reports.

Step-by-Step…
1.  From the Main Menu Bar, select Reports > System.

2.  The System Report list appears.

3.  Scroll through the available Reports and highlight the Report you want to
run.

4.  Click Run.

ADVISORY: System Reports print out in data-entry order if you do not
first perform the sort function from the Current Selection fly-out menu –
even though you may have sorted the Selection by using the column header
sort function.

Some of the Reports start by opening a screen asking for a date range or other criteria to use to
create the report. Where applicable, these screens are explained below.

NOTE: You may choose not to view the entire list of Reports. If a listed Report is not important
or relevant to your Committee, click the Select ON button and uncheck the boxes next to the
Reports that you want to remove from the list selection. Once you have deselected the Reports
that you do not wish to view, click the Select OFF button to return to your System Reports
Menu selection.

TIP: When viewing the System Reports screen, type the first letter of the
Report name. The cursor will immediately move to the first report that begins
with that letter.
