Steps to Create a Credit Card Receipt Transaction

• Beginning in the Individual Record of the person for whom you are creating the receipt, click to expand the Receipts Panel Pane.
• The Receipts Panel displays. Click the New Receipt button.
• The Add Receipt window appears. Fill in the appropriate receipt information.
• Click the drop-down arrow on the Subtype field and select the Credit Card item.
• Complete the remaining Receipt fields, and then scroll to the bottom of the window and click the Process Credit Card button.
• The Credit Card Processing window appears. Fill in all of the fields on this form, and verify the credit card number and expiration date are correct.
Then click the Process button ONCE and wait to receive a verification dialog box. Please note that clicking the Process button more than once will cause numerous charges to that credit card.
