Sprint 103 Release Notes

March Release

Overview:

Sprint 103 went live on March 26, 2019.  During this Sprint we are releasing a new User Interface for 360, have added support for State Executives (Governor, Lt. Governor and Attorney General) as a linked legislators and added Instagram handle to individual entity records.   Our team also addressed an issue some IPhone users experienced when interacting with drop-down selections on a Webform.

360 User Interface

New User Interface

Today we released a new optional User Interface for Aristotle 360.  This new User Interface may be invoked by selecting the option “Switch To New Layout” found at the top right hand corner of Aristotle 360.

This new layout will make better use of available screen area and assist in Usability especially in viewing current selection and viewing record details. Please note you may switch back to the legacy view by selecting “Switch to Old Layout”.

We have two known bugs that we are working to address. 1) Toggling between New/Old layout creates a conflict with loading legislative relationships within the Individual Entity Record, and 2) Query Builder has some formatting issues, that while not optimal, will not interfere with the use of Query Builder.

State Executive Support

Support for Governor, Lt. Governor and Attorney General

We have updated Aristotle 360 to show State Executive Data within the Individual and Organizational record entity.  From the Executive records you will now see Grassroots Counts automatically calculate, as other legislator records within the “Constituent & Relationships” tab.

The user may also click on the Count to expand the blade to show related Individuals or Companies.

Social Media Link

Instagram

We have added Instagram Handle within the Individual Entity Record so you may start capturing data from your advocates and supporters.  Aristotle 360 also maintains fields for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter.
