Designed for Admin users who are external client admins and internal Aristotle admin users and consists of a 360 main web application and external components such as WEBFORMS, ACTION CENTER, MASS ACTIVITY SERVICE, Web APIs. The app was built using .NET, MS SQL Server and JAVASCRIPT libraries.

  1. Hosting

All of the components (Web applications, Web APIs, Windows services and scheduled console applications) are owned by Aristotle and fully controlled by Aristotle. Rackspace is leaded through CoreSite in Reston, VA.

The servers run on a Windows 2012 R2 and above operating system. SQL Server versions are 2012 and above. IIS version is 7 and above. SharePoint version is 2013.

A DMZ is in place to protect web servers as well as inside network traffic. The following security measures are in place but not limited to: fully redundant Cisco ASA firewall with full IPS, Barracuda Web Application Firewalls, Dell Secure Works IPS/IDS, ELA SIEM, LanGuard and Alien Vault IDS.

Servers are patched on a monthly basis. However, if a critical vulnerability is found that vulnerability is patched as quickly as possible (typically within a few days).

All systems are backed up nightly with DB servers being backed up every 6  hours.

  1. Confidentiality Commitment

Aristotle 360 systems have policies and processes in place to protect against unauthorized access and disclosure of information.  Aristotle 360 systems ensure that information is processed timely and accurately to meet our client's objectives.  Aristotle 360 systems are designed so information is protected to be confidential while meeting the client's needs.  Aristotle will access your data only as required to provide services authorized by you.
